This is a full day course which involves learning to prepare and card fleece, then harness the basics of spinning on a drop spindle before progressing to wheel spinning and plying in the afternoon. If you have your own fleece, drop spindle or wheel that you would like to work with, you can of course bring them with you.

We provide a lovely afternoon tea-style lunch and refreshments throughout the day. All materials and tools for the day are provided and hopefully you will go home with some of your very own handspun wool that you can use for future knitting or other projects. The cost of the day is £90 per person - We are very happy to do the workshop on a 1:1 basis, but we can accommodate two people at a time on this particular course.
