At Old School Crafts, we offer specialist bookbinding and book repair, as well as bespoke commissions in jewellery and crafted heirlooms. It’s about respect for materials, patience in the process, and keeping what matters.
BOOKBINDING & BOOK REPAIR
Books tell their own stories... in the words inside and in the way they’ve been held, used, and loved. Our book repair service helps those stories continue.
WHAT WE DO:

COMMISSIONS

Alongside repairs, we also create bespoke pieces on commission. These are one-off items made to last, whether it’s a piece of handmade jewellery, a crafted heirloom, or something spun and woven to order.

If you have an idea, we’ll talk it through with you, suggest what’s possible, and agree a clear plan before starting.
Not everything we make is by commission. Our shop is where you’ll find ready-to-buy pieces, handbound notebooks, spun yarn, simple jewellery, and seasonal items straight from the schoolhouse bench and wheel.
It’s a way to take a little of Old School Crafts home with you, no waiting, no back-and-forth. Just useful, meaningful things, made well.
