'Aurora' is a beautiful and unique scarf, woven entirely by hand on a rigid heddle loom.  This scarf made from a blend of pure wools in rich colours, all spun by hand on a traditional spinning wheel - a lengthy process but one which yields beautiful and truly unique results.

This wide, lengthy scarf is approximately 205cm, with an additional 12cm twisted fringe at each end. The scarf is approx 28cm in width. 

The handspun pure wool fibres in this garment include Merino and Shetland - fibres famed for their softness and drape. The design features two fine, cream coloured stripes running along the length of the scarf on a darker red/purple ground with glimmers of orange, blue and magenta throughout.

Being a wool-based garment, this item is recommended for cool hand wash only.
