'Meadowsweet' is a beautiful and unique scarf, woven entirely by hand on a rigid heddle loom.  This scarf made from a blend of pure wools in rich colours, all spun by hand on a traditional spinning wheel - a lengthy process but one which yields beautiful and truly unique results.

This soft, drapey scarf is approximately 185cm pmj, with an additional 10cm twisted fringe at each end. The scarf is approx 24cm in width. 

The handspun pure wool fibres in this garment are mostly Corriedale, with a band of white Blue Faced Leicester at each end - fibres famed for their softness and drape. The design features two fine, cream coloured stripes running along the length of the scarf on a green ground with glimmers of pink and gold throughout.

Being a pure wool garment, this item is recommended for cool hand wash only.
